We’ve run a thorough beta-testing programme with BADA & LAPADA members to ensure that Antiquity had all the required features and functionality.
Antiquity is a completely new, fully integrated business management solution. The word ‘integrated’ is significant - It means, for example, that you only have to enter information once, avoiding data duplication. ‘Integration’ also means that different elements of your data are easily accessible, for example: find a customer entry and have immediate access to their sales and correspondence history. Find a group of prospects and customers, select a letter or e-mail template and Antiquity will perform a mail-merge or e-mail merge for you, automatically adding the mailing to the correspondence history for each person.
Whilst extremely powerful, Antiquity is really easy to use, even for the computer novice. That said, we’re not just going to sell you our software and leave you to get on with it... The purchase of Antiquity software can include installation and training, support, web hosting... in fact everything you need!
What about ongoing support and updates? With all software applications and websites there is a need for support and updates. Who do you phone when something goes wrong - the software supplier, the web hosting company or your computer-literate brother-in-law? Don't worry! We provide a single point of contact for all issues related to Antiquity Software. The complete support package includes telephone and email support for the database and website, updates to the database and website, web hosting including hourly website backups and the licence to use the software. If you use the e-commerce features on the website, we’ll even provide the SSL security certificate at no extra charge (usually about £350 per year by itself). You will receive your first month of the support package completely free of charge and further payments will be spread over the year with quarterly billing.
