- Your request to cancel your contract and request a refund must have been received by us in writing no later than 30 calendar days from the date of your initial order. Written notification must be made; email notification will not be accepted. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, therefore please use Royal Mail's Guaranteed Delivery service to ensure notification is received by us within the permitted time frame.
- Money back guarantee refers to the price paid for Antiquity software and additional user licences only. The offer excludes fees for data conversion & import, SSL certificate, setting up email accounts, website domain transfer costs, training & installation and expenses incurred by us therein.
- Where chosen, website customisation is a bespoke option and cannot be refunded. If you would like bespoke website customisation, but want to test Antiquity first, we can put the customisation on hold until you are sure that you're delighted with Antiquity. Or you can order the website customisation option at a later date.
- The optional Postcode PA (address look-up) module is subject to Royal Mail licensing regulations which prohibit such refunds once licensed. Postcode PA is therefore excluded from this offer.
- You agree to provide us with appropriate remote access to all computers licensed to run Antiquity software (including the server, where applicable) so that we can remotely uninstall all software. Refunds will only be made once we are sure that Antiquity software has been fully removed from your systems.
- You must export any data entered into Antiquity prior to its removal from your computers. You agree that we are not liable for loss of any data.
